On Monday, I had a little extra time in the morning since my husband was taking the kids to school, so I opted for a green smoothie bowl rather than my usual to-go smoothie. The smoothie was made with baby spinach, frozen banana, coconut water, egg white protein powder, flax seed, and maca powder. I topped it with dried coconut, bee pollen, hemp seed hearts, raw cacao nibs, and Coenzyme Q10.
